Designer with founder-level ownership

I'm a final-year B.Tech student at Malla Reddy College of Engineering (expected 2027) and the founder of P² Edu-Tech, an edtech venture teaching UI/UX Design and DSA — running for a year across 3+ cohorts.

Running the business meant living with its operational problems, so I designed and built the internal tools to fix them: lead pipelines, student progress tracking, and cohort quality reporting.

That mix of hands-on Figma/UX craft and founder-level ownership of process and stakeholders is how I work. I'm targeting entry-level remote UI/UX Design roles, with Business Analyst as a close secondary interest.
